Contemporary Living in San Tomaso
The Orti Nuovi complex comes to life in the Borgo Pignolo, a central location in Bergamo.
Overlooking the historical Via San Tomaso, next to Parco Suardi and within walking distance of the Accademia Carrara, the historical ex Canossiane and Palazzo Limonta complex, from which Orti Nuovi originates, is made up of a collection of buildings from the past, built in different periods.
The initiative includes the restoration, regeneration and renovation of the complex' historical real estate, designed for a residential function, with two-room to five-room apartments and one executive space: a charming composition of complimentary spaces.
In accordance with the historical and artistic heritage, signature pieces, high-end materials and refined finishes characterize the new interiors.
The initiative prides itself on its particular attention to the community: in fact, the city will receive the Orti di San Tomaso, of approximately 12.000 sqm, which will be conncted to Parco Suardi, thus creating a green area of almost 25.000 sqm in the heart of Bergamo.
