Green Marina
Ideally located with respect to the city's connections, the new residential complex overlooks Porto Canale, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the centre.
The regeneration of the area will lead to the creation of Green Marina, a new place to live and inhabit thanks to a public park of approximately 2,000 sqm and a residential complex of 30 flats, ranging from two-room flats to penta-rooms, with a contemporary design and Mediterranean character.
Designed to integrate with the existing urban structure, the park includes a sports area with modern equipment and spaces for outdoor physical activities. The green heart of the project is connected by a bicycle and pedestrian path connected to the city's existing cycle paths.
The relationship with the water and the surrounding greenery is the distinctive element of the new residential complex: 30 flats from two-room to five-room flats each with a balcony or large terrace offering views from Porto Canale to the park, or with a generous private garden.
The complex is a single building on five levels and includes spaces dedicated to private mobility to ensure convenience and safety for residents. The project provides approximately 60 pertinential parking spaces and underground garages prepared for recharging electric vehicles. Motorbike parking spaces and a bicycle shed complete the offer.
Facts and Figures
Particular attention has been paid to the building's energy performance with photovoltaic roofing to meet a large part of consumption and energy class A4 for the flats.
