Green Marina
Ideally located with respect to the city's connections, the new residential complex overlooks Porto Canale, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the centre.
The regeneration of the area will lead to the creation of Green Marina, a new place to live and inhabit thanks to a public park of approximately 2,000 sqm and a residential complex of 30 flats, ranging from two-room flats to penta-rooms, with a contemporary design and Mediterranean character.
Designed to integrate with the existing urban structure, the park includes a sports area with modern equipment and spaces for outdoor physical activities. The green heart of the project is connected by a bicycle and pedestrian path connected to the city's existing cycle paths.
The relationship with the water and the surrounding greenery is the distinctive element of the new residential complex: 30 flats from two-room to five-room flats each with a balcony or large terrace offering views from Porto Canale to the park, or with a generous private garden.
Particular attention was paid to the energy performance of the building with photovoltaic coverage to meet a good part of the usages and energy class A4 for the apartments.
