Orti Nuovi Lounge Inauguration

🔎 The inauguration event of the multifunctional space Orti Nuovi Lounge was held today with the presentation of the regeneration and restoration initiative of the historic former Canossiane complex intended for residential use with 62 apartments, ranging from two-room flats to five-room apartments and one executive space.

The temporary set-up of the Orti Nuovi Lounge, designed to enhance the existing spaces without affecting their historicity, aims to guide guests through a unique and immersive experience.

🎙️ Paolo Signoretti, Managing Director of Supernova, Francesco Valesini, Councillor for Urban Redevelopment, Urban Planning, Private Construction, Heritage of the Municipality of Bergamo, and architect Pippo Traversi spoke about the Orti Nuovi initiative, emphasising the creation of value, not only for those who will live in the future residences but for all the people of Bergamo, thanks to the transfer to the city of the Orti di San Tomaso, covering over 10.000 sqm, which will be annexed to Parco Suardi and connect it with the GAMeC.
