📣 Bergamo: After more than 20 years, the former Canossiane complex regeneration begins

✔ Supernova has signed the urban  development agreement, which will bring forward the regeneration  of the former Canossiane historical complex—a  fundamental step to begin the regeneration works of the historical complex  and the extension of Parco Suardi. The start of work is close; the building  permit is expected to be released in early August.

✨ After 20 years of  neglect, the former Canossiane will have a new life, thanks to the complex  regeneration with the restoration and renovation of the historic building heritage, which will accommodate 62 apartments, from two-room  apartments to five-room apartments, with a system of courts and green spaces,  with balconies and terraces, with an executive space, in addition to 100  underground appurtenant garages, designed for eco-friendly mobility, taking  the name of Orti Nuovi.

🌳 The initiative  prides itself on particular attention to the community: in fact, the city  will receive the Orti di San Tomaso, of approximately 13.000 sqm, which will  be connected to Parco Suardi, thus creating a green area in the heart of Bergamo of almost 26.000 sqm.
