Verona, Manifattura Tabacchi: moving forward, building sites from mid-2025

The regeneration initiative of ex Manifattura Tabacchi is confirmed as one of the most important urban redevelopment projects for Verona. The project is in the process of receiving the building permit. Starting from the beginning of the second half of 2025 the area, abandoned since 2000, will be transformed into a multifunctional facility combining history, innovation and sustainability. A great step forward for the city, thanks to the collaboration with strategic stakeholders such as the Fair and the Municipal Administration, which reinforce the confidence in the success of the initiative.
