The building site of Palazzo Piazza Borromeo is advancing: the imposing crane installed in the inner courtyard of the Palazzo can be seen in the center of Pavia and from the Lungo Ticino, marking the start of renovation work on the historic complex that will create #37 flats and the arrival on site of the Pavia based Company Damiani Costruzioni S.r.l..

The renovation and restoration of the historical complex - dating back to the second half of the 16th century and the first half of the 20th century - includes the construction of flats, from two-room to three-room flats, underground car parks and over 3,900 square meters of green area.
