Pavia, Piazza Borromeo Palace: construction begins

🏗 Yesterday construction of Palazzo Piazza Borromeo got underway in the presence of Pavia Mayor Fabrizio Fracassi and Provincial Councillor Maria Pia Taraso. Work began on the construction of the two underground levels that will house the parking spaces for the Palazzo, to be followed, at the beginning of 2024, by the recovery and restoration of the compendium. The historical complex from which Palazzo Piazza Borromeo originates will thus see its rebirth after more than 10 years of neglect thanks to the important regeneration initiative that will lead to the creation of 39 flats, from two-room to three-room flats, and a large private green area.

✨ It is important for us to complete this initiative that aims to recover the beauty of the historic building and at the same time regenerate a piece of the city by returning a quality building that overlooks an important square, Piazza del Collegio Borromeo, thus contributing to its value.
