Modena: La Corni awarded Urbanpromo's 2023 'New ways of living and producing' Urban Planning Prize

Yesterday afternoon, in the evocative setting of Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, the 20th edition of Urbanpromo was held, during which our initiative La Corni received the Urbanism 2023 Award in the "New ways of living and producing" section

We are proud to receive this award which recognises the value of our initiative and its ability to respond to the needs of a society that demands new housing services for social cohesion and community integration, spaces for advanced production and digital professions.

The regeneration of the former Corni Foundry area envisages an equipped park of about 14,500 thousand square metres, temporary shared residences for students and young professionals with about 366 sleeping accomodations, parking spaces and a commercial function. The implementation of the intervention is planned in two phases, each relating to a lot and public works, such as car parks, walkways, pedestrian crossings and the planting of many different trees.
