La Corni, Modena: construction progresses on temporary residences for students and young professionals

Work is advancing rapidly on the first phase of the regeneration of the former Fonderia Corni area in Modena, which will lead to the construction of temporary residences for students and young professionals.

The base for the ground floor has been completed and work has begun on the elevations that will lead to the construction of the first floor two main volumes, six and seven storeys respectively, with 366 beds (some of them at special rates) and 34 rooms for short stays. The temporary residences will be managed by CX - CampusX and are scheduled to open in September 2025.
