The regeneration of the historic former Canossiane complex continues unabated.

The demolition of the former gymnasium volume has just been completed, which will give way to a new prestigious building for residential use.

The next building site step is already underway and involves the completion of work on the garage.

VITALI SPA is the contractor in charge of this phase of the work, which involves the demolition and strip out of existing buildings and the special foundation works for the new buildings.

After more than 20 years of neglect, the work in progress will lead to the rebirth of the former Canossiane complex through the recovery and regeneration of the historic real estate to accommodate prestigious flats, from two-room to three-room flats, giving life to Orti Nuovi.
