The Manifattura Tabacchi: Supernova signs urban development agreement

📣 La Manifattura Tabacchi Verona: we signed the urban development agreement to develop the regeneration of the former Manifattura Tabacchi area in Verona.

✅ With this step, we can request the building permit to start working by late 2023. Meanwhile, we are proceeding with the remediation and demolitions, which will be completed in the following months.

💡 The area regeneration will create a new district with a commercial area that includes retail, restaurant and food court, office buildings, budget and lifestyle hotels, leisure facilities, green spaces and an underground car park.
