Pavia: assignment for the regeneration proposal for the former Trieste and Rismondo railyard

FS Sistemi Urbani and Comune di Pavia have promoted the expression of interest for the masterplan.

🚉 An area of approximately 90.000 sqm to be regenerated will be connected to Milan in 18 minutes thanks to the new S13 line.

📍 The Scalo Rismondo regeneration, named "Pavia Next Gen", aims to create a new connection between Pavia's city centre and Milan, thanks to high public and private accessibility.

🧒 The focus is on younger generations by creating a new district to live, study, work, play sports, cultivate one's interests, and meet different cultures and generations in total safety and surrounded by nature.

🏡 It is a place  made for families, an opportunity for Pavia's people and those in Milan looking for a place to live well: contemporary, vibrant, inclusive, safe, green and on a human scale.

🌳 The functional  mix includes residential, retail, new green areas and public spaces, squares and pedestrian paths, and a public park with play areas, sports facilities, and parking.
