Acquisition of the Ex Plasmon area - Milano Porta Romana closed

Supernova concluded the acquisition from AbitareIn S.p.A. of the operation located in Via Cadolini (Ex Plasmon), already announced to the market on 22 September 2022.

We have acquired the operation with FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A, a company with whom we share the development of many important real estate initiatives in northern Italy. 

The acquired area has a surface of more than 25.000 sqm and a GBA of more than 36.000 sqm, on which we plan to build an Urban District characterized by a functional mix composed of residences, offices, hotels, retail area and parking.
